Suitable for a complete beginner, this route is flat, short and easy to navigate. You can make it longer depending on where you set off from

10km run taking in Tanner Hatch and Ranmore
This 10km trail run takes in Tanner Hatch Youth Hostel and the church at Ranmore. It has some gradual but sustained climbs and mostly good paths underfoot.

7km run: Gentle and ‘easy’ run on good paths
A nice ‘simple’ 7km walking or running route past Fetcham Mill Pond and on Bookham paths
